Return & Refund Policy

At VELVORY CARTIFYO LLC, we want you to shop with confidence. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process for all customers.

1. Return Eligibility (Non-Klarna Orders)

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging with all accessories included

2. Klarna Orders – Mandatory Return Policy

To comply with Klarna’s Standard Return Requirements, the following rules apply exclusively to orders paid using Klarna:

  • Customers have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery.

  • This includes final sale items, custom-made items, and personalized products, provided that:

    • The item is unused

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging

  • Refunds for Klarna orders must be issued to the original payment method.

  • Store credit is not permitted for Klarna purchases.

  • No exceptions are allowed for Klarna orders.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Non-Klarna Orders Only)

Perishable goods, personalized items, and final sale items cannot be returned unless the order was paid via Klarna (see Klarna rules above).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item was defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for a replacement or a full refund.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing or shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • First check with your bank or card provider

  • If you still need assistance, contact our support team

  • Reason for return

  • Photo evidence (if applicable)
